1/14/04 Kura, Kyocera & M15 w/Rich and Brian; Screwball Coaster:

Kura Sushi with Richard and Brian. Fluke Engawa in pictured above. That means chopped up seared Fluke in ponzu sauce. Richard got it. He says it "was really good."

Fried ice cream with butterfly sauce decoration.

Brian hides his face from the camera as Richard pours Sake.

Richard tries the face hiding thing.

Brian and Richard waiting for the M15 bus on a snowy New York evening.

Brian and myself, same, moments later. I'm decked out with scarf, head warmer, hood, etc.

Brian plays with Richard's new cell phone.

Rich on bus.

Rich demonstrates.

It's extremely functional, but it's so BIG!!! Of course, compared to phones a few years ago, it's small, but it's not a few years ago!

People throw out the darndest things, and one of the pleasures of living in a building like mine is that I get to see what they throw out (with the option to semi-steal it) before it actually goes bye-bye.

Richard makes tea and coffee.

These are different spices and dipping sauces, another holiday gift for Rich.

I burned a coaster during the evening, which means I made a useless DVD. Rich took it and made it artwork with a sharpie:

The bottom is a drawing of a screw and a ball. "Screwball."
