2/11/04 Brian's old home movies; Rich tries Oxiclean:

Brian found some reels of 8mm film in his grandmother's closet down in Florida, and knowing that I can both show and duplicate to DVD these old reels, he brought them by my place, where we first watched them on a projector I got on E-bay about 2 years ago for a previous project. The wall above the kitchen was a perfect place to project. It was amazing to see his grandmother as a 20-something, with a newborn baby (Brian's mother).

For about 50 years old, it looks amazing!

I finally broke down and ordered this on line to try to solve the problem of our dishes and glasses smelling and tasting like dishwasher detergent. I figured if we put the power of oxygen to work, it might not taste as bad, or leave as much of a residue on our stuff.
