3/13/04 Rich cooks spicy dinner for himself and tame dinner for my upset stomach virus:

Scrambled Eggs and Toast.

But for Richard: Poached Perch! The sauce is a pomodoro zupetta. This means that it's a half-soup with primarily tomatoes, onions, red bell peppers, and habanero chilli, all over linguini.

Richard has wine with it. I make water.

Richard couldn't finish the ton of pasta he put the fish on. Richard says he will no longer put fish over pasta. He says they should be separate and simple. He way overdid it on the pasta here, because usually, no matter how much food there is, he can finish it.

Richard later tries to make a simple syrup to top the panna cotta, but he ended up with extremely sticky goop. He says, when he let it sit, he didn't put it in an ice bath to stop the cooking, so it kept on reducing, becoming way too thick for his use. This is simply cooked sugar and water.
