9/13/04 Richard cooks for myself and Natalie:
Natalie came over in the evening and Richard cooked a meal for all of us based around the bottle of Red wine Natalie had purchased a few weeks ago for our last dinner together that we had yet to drink.
The first course was a tomato salad.
Then Rich prepared the pork chops.
A second appetizer: The asparagus with a panne cotta topping.
Then, of course, Richard's famous mint pasta.
And the final course, plated.
