08/26/05: Lumber Painting; Tkts; Dinner and Off-Broadway - "The Musical of Musicals (The Musical)":
I noticed, while enjoying my balcony this morning, that "Modern Way
Lumber" across the way, was getting a new, and curious paint job:
Tan and Brown stripes?
Natalie and I set out to see a show that Mom's friend Frank's ex-wife
wrote and starts in off-broadway. It's called The Musical of Musicals
(The Musical), and is a comedy about musicals!
No line at 3pm at the Seaport TKTS.
Once we got our tickets, we had some dinner in midtown.
We went to the New World Stages complex of 5 off-broadway theatres, where the show was taking place.
There was a random party going on in the hallway/bar area of the theatre complex on our way out. The musical was great!
